“ I'm sorry that I was very sick and I appreciate Aimee handling the event. I'm also sorry that the screening was sold out but I did send an e-mail asking people to get their tickets early. Sometimes, these things are unforseeable and despite all the planning and hard work we do, Hamid, we can't foresee all possibilities. We work very hard to plan these things without asking for anything in return except that you show up, make friends, and enjoy yourselves. I can't speak for Aimee but I view our group as a community of sorts and it's always nice when people take it upon themselves to help out in general. If somebody knew that the screenings were sold out for days, they could have let us know. It's always easy to criticize after the fact. ”
