Hey All,

Wanted to schedule our regular Java Joes meetup for some interesting conversation over tea/coffee.

Also, I have a bunch of books that I want to get rid of so i'm going to bring them with me. Whoever wants them can take whatever they want, i'll probably give whatever is left over to goodwill. If anyone else has any books they want to get rid of feel free to bring them along.

My Books include

- The Golden Compass trillogy (my favorite)
- Lord of the Rings
- The Secret
- Eragon
- Twilight
- and a bunch more.

We'll probably go somewhere else afterwards for some crapes and more conversation for who those who are interested.

Hope to see you there!

Aimee

I can do a British accent. I've been to England. Is that not good enough?

Is anyone here British? One of my things-to-do in Toronto is to drink tea with a british person. You have to have the accent, mate.

    •  Great meetup ! I really enjoyed meeting and speaking with everyone. And I even got a picture book without too many big words in it !

It was a cozy evening with nice conversation. Good to see some new and familiar faces. Hope this continues to add to the number of regulars. The idea of a book exchange was refreshing.
    •  Sorry I didn't make it to the second location. I ended up on the wrong exit ramp and didn't spot the place when I got there. But thanks to everyone for an enjoyable get-together.
    •  It was great getting to know a smaller group of people better. I was pleasantly surprised that although many of us had just met, the people I sat with were approachable, friendly and open and we all found things we had in common to talk about. Adding the books to the mix was a good idea as well. Not only did it give us lots of things to talk about, which helped us get to know each other, a lot of us also went home with a bunch of new things to read as added bonus.
