Ya, it was pretty good. I had a chicken sandwich with a house salad. I really recommend their house vinagraitte (sp?) - it was excellent! However, I think $14 for that was a tad pricey.

I'm sorry I didn't stick around, Ruth Ann. I thought maybe I had missed the cancellation email. It would have been nice chatting with you. Next time, perhaps. Did you eat, at least? How was it?

Shannon - I was 10 mins late arriving, the server told me that I just missed another girl. I stuck around til 7:30, but no one else showed. I guess Matt's email late last night threw everyone off. I told the staff that it was on online reservation and they said that it's not valid unless someone calls to confirm (which isn't exactly what their website says - but anyway). I would have liked to have chatted with you, but I guess that'll have to wait for next time....

I just got home from the Charlotte Room. They said they had no reservation for Matt. Did I get the date wrong? What happened?

LOL. Good for you Matt. Guess you gotta do things yourself if they're gonna get done, right? It's my first meetup too, but I'm sure that we'll be able to find each other now that we know the reservation is under "Matt." See you next week.
