I am pretty good meeting one on one or in small groups of people I am familiar with but forget walking into a large party or meeting of strangers...

I may come across as reserved or snobby at first but that is just not being confident.

Going for a long walk with my dog

They can make me laugh or feel more comfortable if we start talking

I have no trouble finding "me time"

If you haven't already done so, join Toronto Uptown/Downtown Friends Social Group. It's run by a friend of mine Sash. They do a bunch of events in the north part of the city.
